There are times when it’s best that brands stay quiet during times of turmoil–but Hurricane Harvey isn’t one of them.
Dozens of brands are responding to the devastation of Hurricane Harvey by offering victims of the storm food, shelter and other necessities.
Adweek has a list of brands that are offering help: for instance, Airbnb is offering places to stay with all service fees waived. Chobani is doing its part by donating yogurt to communities in need, and AT&T is providing credits to people in storm-stricken areas so they don’t exceed data limits. When large brands do what they can to help the communities they serve, everyone wins.
